Products purchased in person from DEVA APPAREL are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items except in case of manufacturing defects or damage incurred during transportation. Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: underwear, swim wear, and items marked clearance or finale sale. Returns or exchanges for have been altered, washed or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

Products purchased online from DEVA APPAREL can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return please contact our customer service team within this time frame. The item must be in its original unused condition, with all packaging: tags, and labels intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of manufacturing defects or shipping errors on our part.

Exchanges can be made for products purchased online from DEVA APPAREL within 14 days from the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, customers must contact our customer service team. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging tags and labels intact. Exchanges are subjected to product availability, if the desired item is not available a refund or store credit will be given.
